Refund policy
At The Bee Charmer, we take great pride in the quality of our honey, body care, and gift items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please review our policies below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your request must be initiated within this 30-day timeframe.
2. Eligibility & Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and the perishable nature of our products, our inventory is categorized as follows:
- Non-Returnable (Final Sale): All food items (honey, infused honey, honey straws, etc.) and personal body care products (salves, soaps, lotions, etc.) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not returnable.
- Returnable Items: Non-perishable gift items, homegoods, and apparel, are eligible for return or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by an original Bee Charmer receipt.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our support team at support@shopbeecharmer.com.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- A photo of the receipt (if not included in the email)
- The reason for the return
4. Return Shipping & Packing
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Packing Requirement: Items must be returned with adequate packing materials to ensure they arrive safely. Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a full credit.
- Carrier Recommendation: We strongly recommend returning items via USPS or an insured parcel post with tracking. The Bee Charmer is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: You may choose to receive credit back to the original method of payment or receive store credit.
- Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at support@shopbeecharmer.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and complies with US federal consumer protection regulations. In accordance with state health and safety codes, perishable food items and personal care products are restricted from resale once they have left our custody, which informs our "Final Sale" policy on these specific goods.
