1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Aperol  
1/2 oz The Bee Charmer's Smokin' Hot Honey 
2 oz Bourbon

Stir like you would an Old Fashioned and serve over a big rock with a cherry garnish.

Heart O Honey
3/4 oz The Bee Charmer's Lavender Honey 
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz lemon

Shake ingredients together and pour into a champagne flute and top with Champagne. Add a lemon twist garnish.

Rum Toddy
2 oz Diplomatico (or another high-quality Rum)
1/2 oz lemon juice 
3/4 oz The Bee Charmer's Sourwood honey syrup (equal parts water and honey, heated on stove)

Charge mug with hot water, and brew teapot of English Breakfast Tea. In the hot mug, mix together the ingredients and top with tea tableside. 

Hot Honey Marg 
2 oz Reposado tequila 
1/2 oz The Bee Charmer's Hot Honey syrup (equal parts water and honey, heated on stove)
1 oz lime juice 
1/2 oz Cointreau 

Put ingredients in shaker with ice, shake well. Create a honey tajin rim and garnish with a lime. 

Honey Sidecar 
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Grapefruit juice 
1/2 oz Cointreau 
1/2 oz The Bee Charmer's Basswood Honey syrup (equal parts water and honey, heated on stove)
2 oz Cognac 
Pour ingredients in shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into coup glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
